We use Plaid Technologies, Inc. ("Plaid") to connect your bank account. We use this data only to verify that you own the account, collect premium payments, and send claim payouts. We do not use it for underwriting, credit decisions, or marketing. We do not sell it.

By linking your account, you also agree to Plaid's handling of your data under the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as payment processors and Plaid, or when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Storage and security

We store personal and financial data only in the United States. We protect it with encryption in transit and at rest and limit access to staff who need it.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to service your policy and meet legal requirements. After that, we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to unlink your bank account, at any time. Email us at the address below. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the effective date.
